Communicating through e-mail, faxes, telephone and Internet.                          
Contracting with all suppliers i.e. hotels, car, coach, tours and safaris
Managing and co-coordinating all supplier related activities such as arrival details, meet and transfer, hotel dates
Collecting and follow up of all payments through Demand draft, Bank transfer and Credit card transactions
Processing all visa requirements for the exhibitors
Faxing all the copies of the visas to the exhibitors prior to their arrival
